Was kind gentle and asked me a lot of questions which allowed me to give my body conditions actual names instead of what I thought was going on with me . Real genuine person as well as a great "Doctor" I'm happy I chose Fist Valley Medical as my primary ! I hope I have them as my lifetime medical group ! Thank you to each of you for making my road easier to travel .

I scheduled an appt which Dr. Denley on a Friday at 3:30 p.m after sitting in waiting room for 35 mins. The recept. Asked why I scheduled at 330 on a Friday. I stated I didn't schedule you did. It was apparent I was a burden and after Denley came out and stated he had errands to run, the recpt. Stated I needed a mask and to update my contact info. Clearly a task made up to delay my seeing the Dr. Until he completed his errands. I asked if I could just get an authorization for a blood panel, the recept. Said I should wait for the Dr. I asked to be rescheduled for a date that Dr. Denley could have time for me or maybe a telephone appt. The receptionist asked would a Saturday work for me. I asked is that a good time for Dr. Denley? I didn't want to interrupt his errands again. I was scheduled a month later. Well today was my appt. Needless to say Dr. Denley must have had some errands to run again, I received a call asking If I could reschedule, maybe a telephone appt.? I stated no thank you! I will seek a Dr. That could set aside a few minutes for me. I stated it's only for an authorization for a blood panel. I like 1st valley medical group, but Dr. Denley seems to have a hard time scheduling himself. I will never schedule with Dr. Denley again and I think all future patients should seek help else where within the group.

Dr. Ali was the only doctor out of 5 doctors in Texas to diagnosis my medical problem. It had gone diagnosised incorrectly until he took over my medical care since I moved back home to CA. I am forever grateful to have him as my doctor and protector of my health. He has helped me be able to live life better & without a lot of pain like before. He is a very special healer & what native American Indians call a special Medicine Man.

We like going to Carlos G. for our health care needs. He listens to us and he explains health care information to us.
Carlos G. also appears to be a happy person and that makes a difference in how you feel when you walk out of the office.
If the staff is happy you kind of feel hopeful when you leave, that everything is going to be alright.
